PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION AS OF JUNE 1, 2011.  OUR NEW OFFICE IS LOCATED IN THE ACCOUNTING AND MEDICAL BUILDING AT 405 NORTH DIVISION ROAD, SUITE 4 IN PETOSKEY. 

We have exhausted our supply of flu vaccine for 2011-12.  Please contact the Health Department or your primary care provider if you need to receive the vaccine.

Allergy Injection Schedule: .   We are normally at our Gaylord location on the first and fourth Tuesday of each month from 9:30 am - 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.   Normal allergy injection hours at our Petoskey office are as follows (with exceptions noted below):   Mondays from 7 am - 11:30 am and 1 pm - 4:00 pm, Tuesdays (the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of each month in Petoskey) from 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 1 pm - 4 pm, Wednesdays from 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 1 pm - 4:30 pm and Thursdays from 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 1 pm -   4 pm and Friday hours will vary by month (please see schedule by month below for Friday dates).    Starting in September our Petoskey office will be open at least one full Friday per month for injections.

We are closed and do not administer injections during the lunch hour from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm.  Occasional adjustments to the walk-in allergy injection schedule may be necessary.   Please note the following changes to the current schedule below: 

Allergy Injection Schedule Changes for JANUARY 2012:  We will not be at the Gaylord location in January.  The Petoskey office will be open on Friday, January 6, 2012 from 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 1-4 pm.  The office will be closed January 19-30, 2012.

Allergy Injection Schedule Changes for FEBRUARY 2012 ( revised):  We will be at our Gaylord location on Tuesday, February 07, 2012 from 9 am - 11:30 am and 1 pm - 3:00 pm.   The office will be closed on February 20th for President's Day and February 28-29, 2012.   We will have Friday hours in Petoskey on February 3rd and 24th, 2012 from 8:30 am - 11:30 am.  

You can also obtain the current schedule by calling 1-231-487-6575 and choosing option 5 for a recording of the current injection hours.  Schedules are published monthly.

Xolair Injections:

Our office staff are also trained in the administration of Xolair (anti-IgE) injections.  Xolair injections must be scheduled in advance.  Please request that your prescribing physician fax or send a brief introduction or copy of your most recent history and physical as well as your Xolair dosage information in advance of your visit to our office.  Patients will be responsible for arranging delivery of the Xolair to our office.

Guest Allergy Injections Patients:

Injection patients visiting our beautiful resort area are welcome to receive their injections at our office with appropriate documentation from their personal physician/allergist.   Please note: you must have a current shot schedule and your extract with you at time of service.  If you are unable to provide the required documentation, we will need to contact your allergist for confirmation of dose and instructions.  Please arrive prepared so that we may accomodate you in an efficient manner.
