Seasonal
Flu Vaccine:
We have already received our order for the 2010-2011 season.
We will begin giving flu shots on a walk in basis on September 13,
2010 during posted allergy injection hours. Shots will be
given on a first come, first served basis until we have exhausted
our supply.
Allergy Injection Schedule: . We are normally at our Gaylord location
on the first and fourth Tuesday of each month from 10 am - noon
and 1:00 pm to 4 pm. Allergy injection
hours at our Petoskey office for the months of
September and October are as follows: Mondays
from 7 am - 11:30 am and 1 pm - 4:00 pm, Tuesdays
(the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of each month in Petoskey) from 8:30 am
- 11:30 am and 1 pm - 4:30 pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30
am - 11:30 am and Friday hours will vary by month.. We are
closed for injections during the lunch hour (11:30am-1:00 pm).
Starting in September
our office will be open one full Friday per month for injections.
Occasional adjustments to the walk-in allergy injection schedule
may be necessary. Please note the following changes
to the current schedule below:

injection hours in September 2010 are as listed above with the following
exceptions:
We will be in the Gaylord office on September 28, 2010 from 10 am
- noon and 1-4 pm.. The Petoskey office will be closed
September 3, 6-7, 17, and 23-24. We will be open a full
day on Friday, September 10 from 8 am - 11:30 am and 1 pm - 4 pm.
Allergy
Injection Schedule Changes for OCTOBER 2010:
Allergy injection hours in October are as listed above with the
following exceptions: The Petoskey office will be closed the
week of October 4-8, 2010. We will be open Friday, October
1 from 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 1 pm to 4 pm. The office will
be closed all other Fridays during the month. We will be at
the Gaylord office on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 10-noon and
1-4 pm.

Schedules are published monthly.
Xolair Injections:
Our office staff are also trained in the administration
of Xolair (anti-IgE) injections. Xolair injections must be
scheduled in advance. Please request that
your prescribing physician fax or send a brief introduction or copy
of your most recent history and physical as well as your Xolair
dosage information in advance of your visit to our office.
Patients will be responsible for arranging delivery of the Xolair
to our office.
Guest Allergy
Injections Patients:
Injection patients visiting our beautiful resort area are welcome
to receive their injections at our office with appropriate documentation
from their personal physician/allergist. Please
note: you must have a current shot schedule and your extract with
you at time of service. If you are unable to provide the required
documentation, we will need to contact your allergist for confirmation
of dose and instructions. Please arrive prepared so that we
may accomodate you in an efficient manner.
