- Payment
Policies:
Our office accepts payment
by personal check, cash, Mastercard or Visa. Payment for non-covered
services, copays and deductible amounts are expected at the time
of service. See Pre-registration for full financial policy.
- Allergy
Injection Policies:
Allergy injections are given on a walk-in basis on designated days
and hours. The current injection schedule can be obtained by
calling the Petoskey office at 231-487-6575 #5 or can be found on
this site by clicking the announcements button. Allergy injection
patients visiting our beautiful resort area are welcome with appropriate
records from their personal physician/allergist. We require all
immunotherapy patients to remain under observation by our staff
for the twenty minute period following administration of the injection.
- Minor
Patients:
Minor patients must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian when medical services are rendered.
